Process Automation Consultant

Your future team

As a Process Automation Consultant, you’ll help design, train, implement, and support AI-powered and technology-driven solutions that align with our clients’ business goals and compliance requirements. You will act as a hands-on link between technical teams, decision-makers, and client service/project delivery teams. In this role, you’ll help identify high-value use cases and prototypes, streamline operations, and improve critical workflows. Your work will focus on delivering practical, measurable improvements to efficiency and quality across processes, including regulatory and compliance solutions.

Your contribution to our success

• Design, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance efficiency in fund operations. Contribute to the implementation and adoption of AI initiatives across business units, ensuring practical, measurable results.
• Translate business priorities into actionable AI use cases and solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Support teams with resources, tools, and training to enable effective use of AI solutions in day-to-day operations.
• Help scale AI solutions by refining and replicating high-value prototypes to drive operational improvements across departments, including regulatory and compliance areas.

Your skills

Must have

• Diploma: A Master’s degree in AI, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in technology transformation projects, ideally with AI and broader automation solutions catered to fund management and/or regulatory compliance workflows.
• Soft skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, analytical problem-solving, results-driven mindset, and a passion for innovation.

Nice to have

• Languages: Proficient in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
• Experience in scaling technology-driven prototypes across teams for continuous improvement.
