Program Manager for our internal services

We are looking for an accomplished Program Manager to oversee and coordinate a variety of projects that will help give new perspectives to our organization. The candidate will lead programs from initiation to completion, identify and resolve issues, and mitigate risks that may arise throughout the program lifecycle.

Your future team

The Audit Operations team is a strategic pillar of our 800 professionals audit department and is responsible for ensuring the convergence of our internal processes towards operational excellence. We oversee the optimization of all the processes related to the management of Audit & Assurance engagements and aims at reaching the highest standards of quality and efficiency by deploying adequate technology, leveraging live data and ensuring compliance with requirements.

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our team and drive project success and the growth of our audit operations. Our diverse team includes audit professionals, quality experts, technology specialists, and project managers, fostering a dynamic and innovative workspace.

Your next challenge

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Join us and:

• Define strategic operations programs within the Audit Operations Steering Committee, plan and ensure the execution of these programs: 
  • Develop and implement integral programs incorporating innovation, manage long-term audit strategy goals, and monitor project progress for successful completion.
  • Identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and provide valuable insights for improving existing processes and workflows.
  • Provide regular updates on all of the above to the Audit Operations Steering Committee and senior management in the Audit department.
• Collaborate with other departments on larger scale projects, to communicate effectively with stakeholders and understand their needs and expectations
• Engage in the persistent growth and continuous enhancement of our audit operations and create an atmosphere of continuous learning and innovation

Your skills

• You have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, etc
• You have min 5-8 years of professional experience in project management.
• You have successfully executed projects adhering to high-quality standards, along with management and coaching of a team.
• You have showcased leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• You are capable of building consensus and forming relationships.
• You are rigorous, autonomous, change management-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full proficiency in English is required. French is considered as an asset.
