How you'll contribute to our success
- Provide assistance in terms of planning, finance reporting
- Proceed with time checks and reporting on a weekly and monthly basis for Global reporting
- Be a key contact person for our audit and assurance teams and ensure that all relevant information is collected, and actions taken accordingly
- Provide appropriate support in terms of communication, internal procedures and PowerPoint presentations
- Monitor, follow and manage the mailbox and take actions accordingly
Your skills
Must have
- Adaptable to change, with an innovative mindset and capacity to challenge existing situations
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset
- Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines with a strong sense of initiative
- Strong IT proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English and German
Nice to have
- First relevant professional experience as a Team Assistant or in an equivalent role
- Experience working in changing or fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of proposing and implementing process improvements
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or teams simultaneously
- Additional language skills beyond English and German
