We are currently looking for a project management assistant to join our Operate Services within the Consulting department.
You will support our consulting teams by anticipating and dealing with their requirements and ensuring that our clients and business priorities are achieved.

How you’ll contribute to our success

Log, follow up and maintain client engagement opportunities in our CRM platform

Support business teams in the coordination and preparation of periodic client services review meetings

Assist Lead Client Partners in the preparation of periodic global/local account meetings

Draft service/projet engagement letters and drive the related client and project acceptance process

Support the resolution of contractual and onboarding documentation matters.

Provide administrative support to project teams during the client acceptance or continuance process.
Your skills
- Must have:
- 4+ years of experience in a people function ideally in professional development/staffing with good impact track records
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and conflicting circumstances
- Good project management skills to lead and structure team work and business needs; ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to listen, strong influencing skills
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge in French and/or German is an advantage
- Innovative problem-solving capabilities
- Non-hierarchical approach: flexibility and ability to build consensus
