Your future team:
We are currently looking for a Project Management Assistant to join our Bidding Team of our Consulting Department serving European (EU) institutions.
The Bidding Team Project Management Assistant supports the practitioners serving EU institutions by anticipating and dealing with their requirements and ensuring that our clients and business priorities are achieved.
Your next challenge:
- Support the management of opportunities and commitment coming through call for tenders and requests for proposals with EU institutions and/or international organisations
- Monitoring of opportunities with the practitioners serving EU institutions
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to collect, consolidate, complete and format qualifications for capabilities, relevant credentials, and administrative documents
- Coordinate the dispatch and receipt of Q&As to/from the assigning authority
- Manage and coordinate internal and external deadlines for timely submission of offers and proposals
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up on the engagement's process through the company’s applications and tools
- Draft bidding proposals and offers, and address the assigning authorities’ requests for additional documents and/or clarifications
- Assist with the contracting process and the engagement team’s set-up and onboarding
- Support the preparation of client meetings to follow up the KPIs and feedback
- Support the company’s management and the consulting teams with consolidation of reports for past, ongoing and future business opportunities
- Be responsible for research and production of documents as required using internal databases, Internet & publications
Your skills:
- University or bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Management, Marketing or European Studies
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of bid preparation, public procurement procedures, proposal, and contract management
- Customer-driven with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach
- Results oriented with a “can-do” attitude
- Strong team spirit, whilst being able to work autonomously
- Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Very good level of English. Knowledge of French or German will be a strong asset
