We are currently looking for a Project Management Assistant to join our Technical Assistance Team of our Consulting Department serving European (EU) institutions.
Our EU Technical Assistance team has a strong reputation and track record in advising European financial and non-financial institutions. We support our clients in addressing the most complex global challenges and support them with their development strategies, leveraging successfully tested methodologies, innovative approaches and opportunities to advance the EU’s development priorities including the Green Deal, Digitalisation and the Global Gateway.

How you’ll contribute to our success
Support Business Development
- Support the management of opportunities and commitment coming through call for tenders and requests for proposals with EU institutions and/or international organisations
- Monitoring of opportunities with the EU TA Team and the practitioners and partners that collaborate with the team.
- Coordinate the preparation of administrative dossiers and confirm alignment with Deloitte procedures by liaising with Independence, Risk Review, Legal and other internal services.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to collect, consolidate, complete and format qualifications for capabilities, relevant credentials, and administrative documents
- Coordinate the dispatch and receipt of Q&As to/from the assigning authority
- Manage and coordinate internal and external deadlines for timely submission of offers and proposals
- Coordinate bidding proposals and offers, and address the assigning authorities’ requests for additional documents and/or clarifications
Project Management
- Assist with the contracting process and the engagement team’s set-up and onboarding
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up on the engagement's process through the company’s applications and tools
- Support the preparation of client meetings to follow up the KPIs and feedback
- Support the company’s management and the consulting teams with consolidation of reports for past, ongoing and future business opportunities
- Take ownership of project/contract management, including client liaison, compliance with contractual, administrative and reporting requirements.
- Supervise the mobilisation and coordination of experts and subcontractors, coordinate with internal Finance, Billing, Supplier and other support services to see that projects are executed smoothly.
- Support financial monitoring and reporting of the projects/contracts through verification, filing and tracking of timesheets and invoices.
Your skills
- Must have:
- University or bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Management, Marketing or European Studies
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of bid preparation, public procurement procedures, proposal, and contract management
- Customer-driven with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach
- Strong team spirit, whilst being able to work autonomously
- Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Very good level of English
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of French or German will be a strong asset
- Results oriented with a “can-do” attitude
