We are currently looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our Advisory and Consulting Group (ACG) Quality and Risk Management (QRM) Team. As a PMO, you will play a critical role in overseeing project management activities and ensuring the success of our initiatives.

 

Your next challenge

 

  • Understand key objectives for our team; aligning internal stakeholders to these objectives and setting priorities
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Deliver exceptional client service, driving high performance from people 
  • Lead by example and establish confident relationships, inspiring and motivating the team
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of all QRM projects
  • Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for all project-related activities
  • Serve as an escalation point and liaison between cross-functional project stakeholders, communicating goals and objectives effectively in actionable tasks and deliverables 
  • Create timelines and facilitate meetings for the delivery team
  • Report periodically on budget tracking/profitability, and to avoid and/or resolve scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues. 
  • Maintain and improve the ability to forecast for current and upcoming needs according to capacity planning 

 

Your skills

 

  • Hold 3-5 years relevant project management and business analysis
  • Demonstrate effective relationship building and cross-functional collaboration skills with various technical and business teams 
  • Manage multiple projects, facilitate interactions, and drive decision-making at a senior level 
  • Work autonomously within a team environment 
  • Good knowledge of IT technologies and project management standards 
  • Animate virtual meetings through collaboration tools such Teams, Skype, Zoom
