We are currently looking for an experienced Project Management Officer to join our tax Compliance team.
As a Project Management Officer (PMO) you would support our compliance team members in developing project plans, defining project scope, and creating project schedules, to ensure that our main business priorities are achieved.

Your contribution to our success
Amongst other things, as a PMO your role would consist in:
- Monitoring tax compliance planning, deadlines, and project progress for large clients
- Ensuring an effective communication stream both internally and within Deloitte's international network on interfirm assignments
- Assisting in resource allocation and capacity planning by coordinating and managing the availability of resources across projects
- Supporting managers in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues; escalate blocking points, analyze them, and proactively propose solutions
- Generating project status reports, executive dashboards, budgeting
- Facilitating regular project meetings and coordination among project teams
- Monitoring updates to internal and/or client databases, as well as data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Tracking key performance indicators, and provide status updates on processes (KYC documentation collection, engagement opening, budget monitoring, invoicing, etc.)
- Helping prepare and coordinating RFPs
Your skills:
- Bachelor degree or University degree in administrative support, project management;
- 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong team spirit, whilst also having the ability to work autonomously
- Curiosity and willingness to work hands-on with teams in a tax environment.
- Client focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach at all times
- Results oriented with a can-do attitude;
- Excellent IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook
- Fluency in English, German is a plus.
