The Clients & Industries department provides value-added advice and support in order to enable our Industries Leaders to fulfil its strategic and business objectives. With the fast development of our activities at the local and European level, we are looking for a senior officer to join the team.

As a member of the C&I and Project Management & Operations (PMO) team, the person will primarily play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of our activities in the Alternatives Industry, including the following:

Your next challenge

  • Supporting professionals and account teams in their go-to-market, in order to optimize our client portfolio
  • Preparation of different analysis and reports; screening of various sources and databases in order to get information as a base for different presentations and documents related to the Alternatives Industry
  • Support business development by targeting clients, in line with the Industries leaders plans (consistent communication, follow up of action plan, reporting and market watch)
  • Direct support to the Industry Leaders in budgeting preparation and follow up
  • Coordination of the internal clients on marketing activities
  • Monitoring of the progress of the various sectors’ ambition plans and strategies
  • Coordination and ownership of Alternatives related projects and initiatives
  • Active part of the Alternatives network and communities (both local and on EMEA/Global level) to increase communication, knowledge sharing, eminence and revenue opportunities

We are looking for a candidate who will be willing to join the team and actively participate in Deloitte`s contribution in the transformation of the Alternatives Industry in Luxembourg.

Your skills

  • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (French and German would be an asset)
  • Master degree, Finance and/or Economics
  • Highly organized, rigorous, precise, able to monitor and track the progress of requests and provide regular status updates
  • Interest or/and experience in Alternatives Industry (3-5 year of relevant experience in a financial institution)
  • Ability to build trusted business relationships. Tactful and client oriented.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong learning agility: analytical skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach
  • Ability to produce high-quality work even when working under pressure within tight deadlines
  • A first experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
