How you'll contribute to our success

Deloitte Foundation Support

• Engage in Foundation operations, including grant processing, record keeping, and community outreach.
• Prepare reports and communication materials to showcase the Foundation’s impact and activities to stakeholders.
• Support the creation and implementation of impact projects focused on sustainability and community involvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

WellBeing, Sport and Leisure Clubs and Tailor Made Team Events Programs

• Aid in the planning and execution of wellbeing programs aimed at improving the physical, mental, and emotional health of employees.
• Coordinate with HR and wellness professionals to facilitate effective wellbeing initiatives.
• Facilitate the organization and management of sports and leisure clubs, encouraging employee participation in recreational activities.
• Coordinate club activities and events, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with employee interests.
• Oversee administrative functions and maintain records for sports and leisure clubs.
• Handle accounting tasks, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for club activities.
• Assist in the organization of team-building activities and events that promote a positive organizational culture and foster collaboration.
• Manage logistics to ensure seamless execution and high participation across teams.

Your skills

• Graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree with experience in project management
• Fluent in French and in English
• Have excellent IT proficiency – especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Demonstrated interest in community engagement, employee wellbeing, team dynamics, and philanthropy
• Understanding of CSR principles, event management, and non-profit operations
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities
