We are now seeking to recruit a Project Manager specialised in change management and business analysis for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU). Our CTU team is responsible for liaising with internal business teams in order to elicit, analyse, test, communicate and validate requirements for changes in business processes and technology solutions.

As part of this team, you will be the main link between the business teams and the IT teams.

Your next challenge

•    Focus on the people side of change, identifying the impact on people and helping them through the transition and to get ready for the change
•    Define and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, and minimize resistance
•    Identify opportunities for operational and control enhancements across the business domain
•    Define mappings & business rules to achieve compatibility between “as is” and “to be” models
•    Assess change impacts and organizational readiness
•    Identify stakeholders and define engagement strategies
•    Define communication strategies and monitor their implementation
•    Define training plans and supervise the design and delivery of trainings
•    Define change agent network strategies and coordinate their onboarding and activities
•    Coach internal change management contributors and project teams in order to increase change management maturity and expertise throughout the organization
•    Evaluate employee readiness and ensure adoption
•    Contribute to the improvement of change management processes in the organization
•    Integrate change management activities into project plans

Your skills

•    Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
•    Have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
•    Previous experience of utilizing change management methodology would be considered as a plus
•    Have a good knowledge of the banking industry 
•    Able to work in a large program with complex processes and inter-dependencies
•    Are flexible, pro-active, structured and quality oriented
•    Are pragmatic and solution oriented
•    Are fluent in English (French would be an asset)
•    Are at ease with Ms Office tools (Ms Excel, Ms Access, Ms Powerpoint)
•    Demonstrate excellent communication skills in a concise and persuasive manner
