We are seeking a talented and motivated QA Tester to join our dynamic Audit & Assurance Digital Factory team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards of software applications through meticulous manual and automated testing processes. We aim to foster a strong testing culture within our team, and we are looking for someone who can take ownership and drive our testing processes forward.

Your next challenge

• • Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual tests on existing and new software applications to identify bugs and ensure high-quality performance.
  • Automated Testing: Develop and implement automated testing strategies and scripts for both existing and new applications to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Testing Culture: Cultivate a robust testing culture within the team by engaging with team members, sharing best practices, and promoting a quality-first mindset.
  • Ownership of Testing Processes: Take full ownership of the testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, documentation, and continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.

Your skills

• • Experience: Between 3 and 7 years of proven experience in software quality assurance with strong knowledge of both manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a development team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about creating a testing culture and committed to driving quality across all levels of development.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Experience in creating and implementing testing solutions in an agile environment is a plus.
  • A commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing.
