We are looking for individual to join our dynamic team in our National Quality Risk Security (NQRS) department in Luxembourg  Our NQRS department brings together our various technical and compliance functions, each of which shares a common three-part purpose: improve the quality of our work, protect the Firm's reputation and manage the risks associated with our business.

In order to reinforce our team, we are currently looking for a motivated graduate in the field of Risk Management.

 

Your next challenge

 

  • Participate in the design and maintenance of policies, procedures and business practices in order to positively impact the company risk profile

  • Assist with the Portfolio risk review process

  • Support the design and testing of risk management systems and future enhancements

  • Prepare risk leader communications, as well as reporting and presentations to the Firm’s leadership

  • Provide project management support to the Quality and Risk team and follow-up on agreed risk mitigating actions

  • Maintain the client and engagement database up to date in regards to risks and mitigation information

  • Manage the Quality and Risk internal website and resource center

  • Participate in other ad-hoc risk management projects

 

Your skills

  

 

  • Minimum requirement is a Bachelor Degree in a in Finance or Business Administration with a specialization in Risk Management or related field and possess 3 or more years of relevant work experience (Compliance, Risk Management)

  • Are proactive and autonomous

  • Are willing to understand the objectives and impact of your work and to have a global vision of the project you are working on

  • Are not afraid of taking on new challenges and exploring topics not previously known to you

  • Have good knowledge of MS Office tools

  • Have strong organizational and project management skills

  • Have strong team spirit and capacities

  • Should be able to communicate effectively in English. Working in French or German is considered as an asset.
