We are looking for an experienced recruiter to drive and support part of our recruitment team, join us!



Your next challenge: 


  • Managing and coaching a team of recruiters dedicated to our Audit, Tax and Business Support Services, supporting them to find solutions when issues arise and ensuring that they reach the recruitment targets
  • Participating in reviewing, developing and maintaining a high-quality recruitment process and policies firm-wide in order to best attract top talent
  • Building strong relationships with our internal clients, in order to have a full understanding of the business and of their recruitment needs
  • Handling the recruitment process from A to Z for a specific population
  • Collaborating closely with the Sourcing Manager in order to elaborate an appropriate sourcing and employer branding strategy
  • Management of the recruitment management system and ensuring best practice throughout the team
  • Keeping track of and analysing recruitment metrics, providing the necessary reports and advice to the team and management
  • Designing and facilitating training on recruitment for the recruiters within the business lines


Your skills:


  • At least 6 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a similar environment
  • Master’s degree in HR or other relevant field
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with both the clients and the team
  • Good management and decision-making skills
  • Proven analytical skills with a results oriented and positive attitude
  • Client-service minded, with a drive to provide excellence
  • Fluent in both French and English. German is considered an asset
