Regulatory Consulting / Fund Registration Consultant

• Coordination of cross-border fund registration and post-registration projects
• Develop a strong understanding of the local rules related to the distribution and the marketing of foreign funds (UCITS and AIFs) on a cross border basis
• Be the day-to-day client trusted advisor
• Interact with other internal teams, external bodies and with supervisory authorities
• Report to managers and clients on activities progress
• Be involved in internal projects

• Hold a Bachelor or Master degree
• Have some experience in the fund industry and more specifically in fund distribution
• Are fluent in English and French
• Are flexible, efficient in organizing workload and able to set priorities
• Are seen as a proactive, reliable and a rigorous person with a high attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are a quick learner with a positive attitude
