Regulatory Reporting Manager (KIID Factory)

We serve the investment fund and insurance industries and we help our clients to distribute their financial solutions across the globe. Documents and data management have become a crucial element of our service offering, in particular those relating to EU Directives such as UCITS, AIFMD, PRIIPs and SFDR. In this context, we are looking for a new Regulatory Reporting Manager to consolidate our Kid Factory team within our Regulatory Services Team.

The Regulatory Reporting Manager coordinates a team in charge of a number of regulatory and business reporting in the frame of UCITS and PRIIPs regulations, being PRIIPs or UCITS KI(I)Ds, SFDR reporting, EPT, EMT or EET outputs. Your clients are Asset managers and insurance clients.

Your next challenge 

• Run a team of in charge of delivering high level quality services to the international portfolio of clients by building a strong relationship with them on the basis of your fund industry regulatory knowledge, the clear understanding of their goals and needs.
• Monitor our key clients’ deadlines and proactively follow and administer the organization of the reporting production; this goes from the planning stage to the archiving, in order to ensure that the team works according to the appropriate timeline defined with the clients.
• Deploy your project management skills in the organization and the follow-up of clients' requirements;
• Deploy your data analytics skills and support our process of data gathering and treatment, and be ready to deliver information ready for delivery;
• Be one of these key contact person for our clients and ensuring that all relevant information is collected from the clients or given to them;
• Becoming an expert in the different regulations in order to assist our clients in the implementation of their solutions for being compliant with regards to their own requirements.

Your skills

• Hold a degree in Finance, Business Engineering or Business Administration
• Have a strong experience in Project and team management
• Show experience with UCITS and PRIIPs regulations as well as with SFDR regulations
• Demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities and a pragmatic mindset
• Show excellent communication and presentation skills
• Are proficient in Excel (VBA knowledge would be appreciated) and database management
• Are fluent in English (any other language is considered as an asset)
