As a member of the Deloitte RegTech team, you will focus on transforming the financial services industry by introducing innovative solutions to tackle the most pressing compliance needs of our clients.

Your next challenge

• Work alongside experienced Consulting professionals to help our clients identify, analyze and solve challenging compliance issues
• Participate in digital transformation projects for the financial industry in Luxembourg and abroad
• Support our thought leadership by analyzing, researching and envisioning the current and future RegTech market
• Assist in shaping our marketing efforts by contributing to global RegTech conferences
• Engage with the RegTech ecosystem at a global level, including start-ups, accelerators, universities, research organizations, industry associations and clients

Your skills

• Currently in a Master’s degree in business or engineering
• Strong analytical and (creative) problem-solving skills
• Affinity for the start-up ecosystem (particularly RegTech, FinTech)
• Basic understanding of the financial services industry
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Interest in new technologies and concepts such as AI, Blockchain, Cloud
• A collaborative mindset with team spirit at its core
• Are fluent in English – any other language is an advantage
