Leveraging our various Financial, Compliance and Tax operational expertise along with dedicated tooling, Deloitte Solutions provides Regulatory Reporting services (including FATCA, CRS, MiFIR and SFTR), Transaction Reporting services, Client Tax Reporting services, Tax Reclaim services and AML/KYC managed services.

Our administrators are in charge of the production of various regulatory reporting (tax and/or transactional) and the production of the relevant documentation on behalf of our clients who selected our outsourced Tax reclaim solution. They deal with certain types of regulatory and fiscal issues such as transactional reporting, international tax regimes and withholding taxes.

Your next challenge

 

  • Production of regulatory tax reporting (FATCA, QI, CRS).
  • Production of daily transaction reporting (EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR and CSDR)
  • Production of client tax reporting
  • Preparation of tax reclaims (recovery of withholding tax): production of relevant documentation
  • Support implementation projects
  • Stay in liaison with clients in relation to the production of reportings
  • Depending on previous background or understanding of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter terrorism financing and Know Your Client subject matters, possible involvement in the provision of AML/KYC managed services.

  

 

Your skills

 

  • Hold a Bachelor diploma or Bac+2 degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • Understand international tax regimes and withholding taxes and/or EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR and CSDR transactional reporting requirements and/or FATCA, CRS, QI reporting requirements.
  • Are curious and willing to work hands-on with teams in a Financial environment. A first experience especially in tax operations or bank or in the financial sector would be considered as an asset.
  • Distinguish yourself by your analytical and rigorous approach as well as client-service minded.
  • Have a strong attention to details and good organisational expertise.
  • Acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments and work well within a multicultural team. 
  • Have a pragmatic mindset and are able to work independently and raise issues as they arise.
  • Be ready to handle a variety of tasks in parallel and thus develop your skills in terms of multitasking capability
  • Master the English language (fluent, spoken and in writing). French and German are considered as an asset.
  • Demonstrate a solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint).
