Reporting Manager for Transaction Regulatory Reporting Solutions (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Your next challenge
- Manage the team to deliver great client service
- Ensure compliance of our operations and our clients
- Maintain excellent relationships with our clients
- Ensure the service keeps up to date with regulations and regulatory changes
- Contribute to the onboarding of new clients and developing the service offering
- Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Have at least 5 years of experience in the financial sector
- Have deep knowledge in regulatory topics (MiFID, EMIR, SFTR, CSDR)
- Demonstrate good team management capabilities and a pragmatic mindset
- Show excellent communication and presentation skills
- Are client-driven and willing to develop long-term relationship with clients
- Are fluent in French and English, other languages (German in specific) is considered a bonus
- Develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
- Deliver exceptional client service, driving high performance from people
- Lead by example and establish confident relationships
- Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte; align people to objectives and set priorities and direction
- Be part of a recognized Centre of Excellence in post-trade operations
