Deloitte’s Document Management Team provides a diverse range of services to support our employees in their daily business activities from Mail to Reprography, scanning and Archiving solutions.
For our print room we are looking for a Reprography Operator (m/f).
Your next challenge
Reprography process
- Printing documents (deliverables, business card…) in both colour and black and white
- Binding and finishing services to documents including wire, booklet, laminating, and in accordance with our agreed procedures
- Ensure all Reprography works are produced accurately and to specifications
- Management of requests via ticketing tool
Office supplies (back-up)
- Management of users’ requests
- Filling the cupboards
Incoming Mail scanning process (back-up)
- Mail reception and sort
- Prepare mail for digitization.
- Scanning mail into PDF-A
- Indexation in the tool
- Quality check
- Reporting and statistics
Support colleagues and work as a team to achieve the best results for users. Develop positive and professional relationships.
Your skills
- Relevant experience in the field of reprography and scanning
- Full working knowledge of print room equipment, systems and procedures
- High sense of confidentiality
- Strong organisational skills, attention to details
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- MS 365
- Adobe Acrobat
- English and French
