SAP Security administrator (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Our Internal IT department creates the technological environment and assistance that enables Deloitte employees to quickly access vital information and succeed in their job on a daily basis using the most efficient powerful tools and emergent technologies. As SAP Security Administrator, you’ll be part of our Corporate Systems teams in direct contact with the SAP Business Analyst.  

Your next Challenge as SAP Administrator 

• Develop, update, and manage the SAP access matrix to ensure appropriate user authorization. 

• Ensure access compliance with internal security policies and regulatory standards. 

• Prepare and respond to security audits concerning SAP systems. 

• Provide necessary evidence and analysis to demonstrate compliance with security standards. 

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to plan and implement relevant changes in SAP. 

• Advise and provide SAP security expertise during the change processes. 

• Supervise and mentor the team in charge of access management to ensure process effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement. 

• Conduct regular reviews of access management activities and adjust strategies as needed. 

Your skills 

• Master's degree in Computer sciences 

• Proven experience in SAP Security and Access Management. 

• Extensive knowledge of SAP systems (On Premise and BTP Platform) and security practices. 

• Project management skills, including team support. 

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Agile mindset, curious, eager to work in team 

• Fluent in English, French is an asset 

• Knowledge of any Module of the SAP Business Suite would be a strong asset
