How you'll contribute to our success
- Responsible for the implementation of one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, etc…)
- Providing business analyses, configurations, testing, training and ensuring knowledge transfer to key users
- Helping clients synchronise their human resources priorities with supporting technologies.
- Provide consulting and implementation support and set synergy goals within other consulting teams that may interact with SAP technologies
- Be part of an international team with multidisciplinary HR Transformation consultants and mentor junior colleagues in their careers
Your skills
- Have completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering/IT (specialized in HR would be an asset)
- 3 to 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (functional and technical) including at least 2 end-to-end implementations
- Have at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors certification (ideally Employee Central)
- Fluent in French and English. German would be considered as an asset
- Have excellent team spirit, analytical and problem solving skills
