How you'll contribute to our success
- Provide level 2 support to HR key users, helping them solve functional issues in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Customize our SAP solutions.
- Customize SAP SuccessFactors to adapt the system to HR processes and legal requirements.
- Create and execute test scripts to validate new configurations and changes.
- Contribute to HR enhancement projects, helping to design, test, and deploy new features.
Your skills
Must have
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Agile mindset, curious, eager to work in a team
- Rigorous and attentive to detail
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge on other SAP Modules is an asset
- Experience collaborating in multicultural environments and building positive relationships with stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude
- Rigorous and attentive to detail
- Available, flexible, and able to handle stress in a constructive way
