Within the Office Management Department, the Corporate Security Service is responsible for the physical security and safety of Deloitte Luxembourg staff and buildings.

The Service is composed of a Corporate Security Manager and a staff member.

We are currently looking for a Security - Safety Officer who will be reporting to the Corporate Security Manager and whose main responsibilities will be to ensure Safety operations.

 

 

Your next challenge

 

  • Daily management of Security and Safety by:
    • Risks and Threats Assessment,
    • Supervising Security Contractors
    • Managing accesses (parking, badges…), security systems (CCTV, Access control, Intrusion..) and ensuring compliance with GDPR
    • Continuously reviewing, implementing and maintaining effective security policies, procedures and practices within the Office Management Department (ISO 27001 - 22301)

 

  • Act as designated worker C4 (Travailleur Désigné C1-C4) with all aspects of the function:
    • Manage and follow-up occupational risk assessment,
    • Implement preventive and corrective measures,
    • Develop and deliver safety awareness training programs and communication,
    • Ensure the compliance with law regarding the safety and health of workers, and provide assistance and advice.
    • Conduct Safety audits and site visits,
    • Accident monitoring,
    • Safety statistics and reporting,
    • Develop, maintain and communicate safety and health plans, alert, alarm, response and evacuation plans;
    • Prepare, organize and conduct evacuation drills;
    • Works coordination,
    • Maintain relations with the ITM, the occupational health services to which the enterprise is affiliated and with other supervisory authorities in matters of safety and health, as well as with emergency services in case of accident and fire.

 

 

Your skills

 

  • Certificate of Travailleur Désigné C1-C4
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role for a global company
  • Qualifications such as SSIAP 3 or a strong experience as firefighter
  • Strong knowledge of physical security systems and their components
  • Ability to develop and deliver security and safety awareness training programs,
  • Excellent knowledge of contract management methodologies,
  • Ability to develop and write clear procedures and reports,
  • Distinguish yourself by your flexibility, excellent organisation skills, attention to details and stress resilience
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and oral. Knowledge of a third language would be an advantage.
