Consultant/ Senior Consultant for our Business Transformation - Investment Management Team

Our Business Transformation – Investment Management practice helps organizations navigate change by leveraging our deep industry expertise, operational model insights, regulatory knowledge, as well as digital tools and AI technologies to address transformational and operational challenges in a rapidly evolving industry. We support clients in improving performance and staying competitive, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with market standards. Transformation efforts often involve implementing changes within active business environments and are closely linked to broader reviews of corporate strategy to ensure alignment and long-term impact.

Luxembourg, as a leading global hub for investment funds, is home to all major industry players. Our Business Transformation team provides tailored consulting services to a wide range of these firms, offering practical solutions focused on business strategy, organizational design, processes- and operational efficiency—drawing on the broad capabilities of our organization.

What you will do

• Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements
• Designing deliverable content to precisely address clients' needs and coordinating work streams and team members
• Developing expertise in your industry to advise clients and develop eminence within Deloitte
• Optimizing the company's performance via new organization, processes, and controls
• Building relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities

Who you are

• 3-5 years of experience in the IM industry (e.g. Management Company, Fund Administrators, Transfer Agent, Custody, Depositaries etc.) or in consulting for this industry
• Knowledge of IM operations (e.g. products, operations, regulations, ESG etc.) and the different roles of the actors in the value chain
• Proven experience in business transformation (e.g. PMO, BA, Testing)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French or German. Other languages can be a strong asset
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic approach to address issues and solve problems
• Entrepreneurship mind-set with "can-do" attitude
  
• Exposure to- or appetite for digital transformation and AI technologies is highly desirable, particularly with a focus in automation in Financial Markets
