Your future team

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to act as a strategic liaison between our business stakeholders and technical teams. You won’t just translate requirements; you will challenge the status quo, optimize processes, and ensure our technology solutions deliver measurable value. You will play a key role in steering complex projects from initial discovery through to successful deployment.

Your next challenge

  1. Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary interface between the executive branch and IT, aligning technical delivery with long-term business goals.
  2. Requirements Engineering: Lead the discovery, elicitation, and translation of complex business needs into robust functional specifications and high-level architectural designs.
  3. Solution Design: Analyze and optimize business models and technical systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
  4. End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring requirement integrity is maintained and risks are proactively mitigated.
  5. Technical Advocacy: Collaborate deeply with developers to ensure technical feasibility and clarity, producing high-fidelity mockups and comprehensive documentation.
  6. User Excellence: Orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead stakeholder workshops to drive consensus and adoption.
  7. Mentorship: Provide guidance on best practices for documentation and analysis within the IT team.

Your skills

  1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 5+ years of proven experience in IT Business Analysis, preferably leading high-impact projects.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional "soft power"—the ability to navigate office politics, manage executive expectations, and deliver difficult news diplomatically.
  3. Advanced Analytics: Masterful ability to deconstruct complex problems and document them via use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  4. Project Leadership: Proven track record of managing multiple, concurrent workstreams from inception to completion in an Agile or Hybrid environment.
  5. Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, stress resilience, and a proactive "ownership" mindset. You are comfortable working autonomously while fostering a collaborative team culture.
  6. Certifications: Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMP, or Prince2) are highly regarded.
  7. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French is a must; German is an asset
