Your next challenge
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the IT service strategy aligned with business objectives.
- as the primary point of contact for the service; oversee the service lifecycle from inception to retirement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Monitor service performance; identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, clients, and vendors to effectively communicate service goals and status.
- Oversee the resolution of incidents and problems affecting the service's performance and availability.
- Follow the service budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery while maintaining high quality and performance standards.
Your skills
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in IT service management, ideally within a Big 4
- Client satisfaction and results oriented
- Passionate about ITIL framework and practices
- Previous experience and knowledge on service management methodologies is a strong asset
- Knowledge of organizational policies, standards, and guidelines regarding IT service management is a strong asset
- Proven analytical skills to identify and solve issues systematically
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French is a must; German is an asset
