We serve the investment fund and insurance industries and we help our clients to distribute their financial solutions across the globe. Documents and data management have become a crucial element of our service offering, in particular those relating to EU Directives such as UCITS, AIFMD, PRIIPs and SFDR. In this context, we are looking for a new Regulatory Reporting Manager to consolidate our Kid Factory team within our Regulatory Services Team.
The Regulatory Reporting Manager coordinates a team in charge of a number of regulatory and business reporting in the frame of UCITS and PRIIPs regulations, being PRIIPs or UCITS KI(I)Ds, SFDR reporting, EPT, EMT or EET outputs. Your clients are Asset managers and insurance clients.
As a Senior Manager, you will play a central role in leading our reporting team and collaborating with the senior management team to implement strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and Strategy Implementation:
Take a leadership position within the team and work closely with Partners and managers to ensure the effective implementation of the agreed-upon strategy. This includes collarating to goals setting, guiding the team towards achieving these goals, and ensuring alignment with the overall company vision.
- Technology Transformation:
Actively participate in driving technology transformation within the organization. Stay abreast of emerging reporting technologies (internal or external), propose innovative solutions, and oversee the integration of new technological advancements to enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Client Support and Service Delivery:
Provide dedicated support to key clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of day-to-day services. And contribute to issue resolution. Through our reporting team, build and maintain strong client relationships, address their needs promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Team Administration Oversight:
Oversee critical aspects of team administration, including invoicing, receivables management, and onboarding documentation. Ensure that all administrative processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Team management:
Manage and develop the reporting team to foster a high-performance culture. This involves recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to ensure they have the skills and support needed to excel in their roles. Encourage collaboration, resolve conflicts, and create a positive and productive work environment
Your expertise and leadership will be essential in driving our success and ensuring the continued growth and excellence of our services.
Your skills
- Hold a degree in Finance, Business Engineering or Business Administration
- Have a strong experience in Project and team management
- Show experience with UCITS and PRIIPs regulations as well as with SFDR regulations
- Demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities and a pragmatic mindset
- Show excellent communication and presentation skills
- Are proficient in Excel (VBA knowledge would be appreciated) and database management
- Are fluent in English (any other language is considered as an asset)
