Our NQRS Audit & Assurance Quality and Risk Management team gathers our various technical, compliance and risk management functions, which have the following purpose: improve the quality of our work, protect the Firm's reputation and manage the risks associated with our business.

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager/Director to endorse the growth of our NQRS audit quality team.

Your next challenge

• Manage a team of Quality and Risk Management (“QRM”) professionals;
  
  
• Participate in the on-going development and continuous improvement of our Audit & Assurance QRM practice;
  
  
• Monitor proper application of Quality and Risk Management activities by Audit and Assurance professionals;
  
  
• Prepare reporting to Audit & Assurance executives, engagement partners and teams, and to Quality and Risk Management; 
  
  
• Help in the ongoing adaptation of the strategy of the team to the constantly evolving environment and challenges.
  

Your skills                                                                                                

• Hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in finance and/or business and/or law and are a Chartered Accountant qualification (IRE, DEC, IEC, ACCA, IFAC or equivalent);
  
  
• 10 or more years of relevant experience including proven track record of team and project management;
  
  
• Have a working knowledge of the International Standards on Auditing and Luxembourg/EU laws and regulations;
  
  
• Demonstrate strong organization and communication skills;
  
  
• Are adapting to the various information tools and systems;
  
  
• Are risk minded, result oriented and pragmatic;
  
  
• Are fluent in English (French/German would be an asset).
