Your contribution to our success
- Serve as the single point of contact for the engagement team, overseeing internal databases and/or portals that support audit engagement teams.
- Take full ownership of engagement economics (e.g., hours, budgets, estimates to complete, fees, billings, Work in Process spreadsheets), proactively collaborating with relevant team members to address and resolve emerging issues.
- Collaborate with the engagement team, business development, and planning teams both locally and external to achieve agreed team goals.
- Coordinate risk management processes, including engagement letters, client continuance & acceptance, independence, family tree maintenance, preapproval, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work closely with cross border engagement teams under the direction and supervision of local teams and support on non-subjective areas in the audit file.
Your skills
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in account or project management, customer service, or a related support role
- Although not mandatory, however, knowledge of prior audit experience within Big4 environment shall be preferred.
- A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Knowledge of French or German language is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of work efficiently
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
