Our Business Development team supports our Industry Leaders in achieving their strategic and commercial objectives. With strong growth at both local and European level, we are looking for a Business Developer to help us accelerate this momentum.
In this role, you will:
- Support our audit, tax and advisory teams in their go‑to‑market approach to strengthen and optimize our client portfolio
- Help identify and target clients in line with industry plans (coordinated communication, action plan follow‑up, reporting and market monitoring)
- Prepare analyses and reports, researching multiple sources and databases to support presentations and documents for the Funds industry
- Coordinate with internal business and support teams on strategic marketing initiatives
- Track the progress of sector ambition plans and strategies
- Drive and coordinate internal development projects and initiatives

Your skills
Must have
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing or a similar role
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized, rigorous and detail‑oriented, with the ability to track progress and provide regular status updates
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourgish market and/or European business environment
Nice to have
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines while maintaining high‑quality deliverables
