We are now seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU). Our CTU team is responsible for liaising with internal business teams to deliver changes in business processes and technology solutions.

As part of this team, you will be the main link between the business teams, our Digital Factory and IT teams.

What you will do 

Strategic Project Management:

• Define ambitious project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead and coordinate project team meetings to ensure seamless communication and progress.
• Manage project budgets meticulously, track expenditures, and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Inspirational Team Leadership:

• Inspire and mentor project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Delegate tasks effectively, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive team success.
• Resolve conflicts with diplomacy and ensure transparent communication among team members.

Effective Stakeholder Engagement:

• Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals with a client focused mindset.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues proactively to stakeholders, maintaining their trust and support.
• Incorporate stakeholder requirements seamlessly into project plans to exceed expectations.

Proactive Risk Management:

• Anticipate potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks continuously throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement contingency plans swiftly to address unforeseen challenges.

Uncompromising Quality Assurance:

• Uphold the highest quality standards for all projects, ensuring they meet specifications and exceed expectations.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain project integrity.
• Drive best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate project success.

Who you are 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred), or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant project management experience, preferably within Fund Industry, with a proven track record of managing large, complex projects that deliver impactful results.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams with excellence.
• Fluent in English, any other languages are considered as an asset.
• Fund Industry knowledge is an asset.
• Pragmatic, solution oriented and always challenging the status quo.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management methodology, software and tools.
• Project management certifications will be considered an asset.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects with ease.
