The current tax reporting environment for Alternative Investment Fund (“AIF”) Managers is constantly evolving and becoming increasingly competitive and complex. Deloitte is the market leading service provider in this space.

The trend of digitalization in tax reporting is turning into mainstream and has changed client expectations, tax services and challenges for experts working in the space significantly.

Standardizing and automating the international Alternative Investment Fund (“AIF”) Investor tax reporting processes that are characterized by the variety of different local tax legislations is the challenge we want to approach with you.

Your next challenge

• Scope, specify, develop, test and maintain the investor tax reporting processes in our AIF Investor tax reporting system and become a pioneer in the field
• Support client on-boarding projects
• Support the production of AIF investor tax reporting
• Expand your knowledge in the AIF industry and in the tax reporting space
• Support in tax advisory projects
• Use your affinity to business analysis tasks    
• Help clients having a better understanding of their investments 

Your skills

• Have more than 2 years of experience in the Luxembourg fund industry, ideally with Alternative Investment Funds, in Accounting and/ or Tax
• Work independently in a team setting, be willing to take on responsibilities across several types of reporting and manage less experienced colleagues
• Are detail-oriented
• Are keen to learn how we cater to our clients’ needs and our reporting solutions
• Are keen to understand international tax regimes and/ or financial reporting
• First experience with international tax reporting tasks (e.g. German, UK or US tax reporting) is an asset
• Fluent in English. French and/ or German are an asset
