- Managing day-to-day operations of the Corporate team, including administrative and legal documentation issues
- Gaining the confidence of the client by demonstrating in client interactions an understanding of their business
- Participating in conference calls and face-to-face client meetings
- Attending Board/shareholder meetings and taking minutes
- Anticipating and detecting clients’ needs
- Recommending Corporate governance
- Handling ad-hoc complex client files and/or operations
- Reviewing the accuracy and exhaustiveness of client files in cooperation with the team of Accountants
- Supervising workload of and managing day-to-day tasks with the Corporate team on a daily basis and allocating client files accordingly
Your skills
- Master degree in Law, Business Administration or Economics
- Have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience on the Luxembourg Market in a law firm or trust business
- Speak English and German or French fluently. Any other language is considered an asset
- Demonstrate good knowledge in Corporate Law Principles and Practice
- Possess basics in Real Estate & private equity structures
- An experience in financial vehicles (SPF, Soparfi, Sicar, Sicav, Sicaf, SIF, RAIF, Transparent entities, Partnerships) is considered as an asset
- Distinguish yourself by your communication skills and by your pro-active, flexible and client service attitude
