ServiceNow Business Lead - Senior Consultant / Manager

You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of ServiceNow solutions to support our business operations.

Your next challenge

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow roadmaps and project plans
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
• Manage ServiceNow projects from initiation through delivery
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of ServiceNow with other systems
• Develop and maintain documentation of ServiceNow solutions and processes
• Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow capabilities and best practices, and provide guidance to stakeholders on how to leverage these capabilities
• Participate in ServiceNow user groups and other relevant professional communities

Your skills

• Holding a Master degree in in Computer Science, Information management or other technology-related field  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration
• Strong project management skills, including experience leading ServiceNow projects
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and configure ServiceNow accordingly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management best practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Fluency in both English and French. Knowledge of German is a key advantage
