How you'll contribute to our success

• Lead high-impact projects by conducting impact analyses, evaluating designs, drafting specifications, coaching teams, and following up on implementation.
• Implement architecture governance by confirming adherence to architecture practices, standards, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and subject matter specialists from various business and technical areas to align solutions with organizational needs.
• Gather and analyze information on business requirements, processes, systems, applications, technology inventories, and data flows to support architectural decisions.
• Design and document architecture by defining schemas, identifying gaps between target and current implementations, crafting reusable solutions for all service lines, and supporting IT maturity and leading practices.

Your skills

• Relevant university degree.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar architecture role, or 10 years in varied IT technical positions with a cross-functional solution approach across all IT layers.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and assets, with robust application integration culture.
• Solid knowledge of network, security, infrastructure, middleware, databases, software development, storage, monitoring, resiliency, business continuity, and scalability.
• Strong customer-oriented approach.
• Fluency in French and English.

• Awareness of and commitment to security aspects.
• Curiosity and open-mindedness towards diverse subjects.
• Ability to see complexity as an opportunity for problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.
• Ability to learn quickly and master business and IT-related topics.
• Excellent interpersonal and soft skills.
• Naturally organized and structured.
