How you’ll contribute to our success

• Lead High-Impact Projects: Guide projects through impact analysis, design evaluation, specification development, coaching, and implementation follow-up.
• Implement Architecture Governance: Ensure adherence to architecture practices and governance standards.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Enterprise Architects and subject matter experts from diverse business and technical backgrounds.
• Information Gathering: Collect and analyze data related to architecture needs, including business requirements, organizational processes, systems, applications, technology inventories, and data flows.
• Design Optimal Solutions: Select and craft top-tier solutions applicable across all service lines.
• Identify Architectural Gaps: Develop architecture schemas and definitions, and pinpoint discrepancies in implementation.
• Document Architecture Landscape: Assist in maintaining comprehensive architecture documentation.
• Enhance IT Maturity: Support the growth of IT maturity and best practices within the organization

Your skills 

• Educational Background: Possess a relevant university degree.
• Experience: Have at least 5 years' experience in a similar architecture role, or 10 years with varied technical positions within IT, displaying a cross-functional solution approach to business needs, covering all IT layers.
• Technical Expertise: Exhibit strong understanding of IT technologies and assets, with a robust application integration culture.
• IT Principles: Demonstrate solid knowledge in areas such as network, security, infrastructure, middleware, databases, software development, storage, monitoring, resiliency, business continuity, and scalability.
• Customer Focus: Maintain an exceptional customer-oriented approach.
• Security Awareness: Display sensitivity and commitment to security aspects.
• Curiosity and Open-mindedness: Be keen on exploring diverse subjects with an open and curious mindset.
• Challenge-Ready: View complexity as an opportunity for problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.
• Rapid Learner: Show eagerness and capacity to quickly master business and IT-related topics.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal and soft skills.
• Organizational Ability: Be naturally organized and structured.
