Consultant /Senior Consultant - Internal Strategy for Deloitte Solutions

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Internal Strategy Consultant with a strong client and product focus.

This role involves supporting and participating in client pitches, developing strategic solutions, and driving business performance improvements for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in developing and delivering client pitches, including preparation of materials, data analysis, and presentation.

• Analyze and interpret complex data to identify business opportunities.

• Develop and implement strategic solutions to improve business performance.

• Collaborate with the client to implement the strategic plan and resolve any discrepancies.

• Conduct regular reviews to ensure all strategies are performing as expected.

• Provide support to senior management on strategic initiatives.

• Evaluate the effects of the changes and make necessary adjustments.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the best solutions are presented to the client.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Strategy Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on client and product.

• Excellent understanding of business strategy and market dynamics.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.

• Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

• Be fluent in English, and either in French or German is mandatory.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and business software (e.g., CRM).

• Ability to travel as needed.
