How you'll contribute to our success 

• Manage daily tasks (change, incident, troubleshooting…)
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of OS, Nginx, hypervisors…  as well as management tools.
• Pro-actively ensure the proper level of security and availability of our systems.
• In charge of the third level of support for solutions, troubleshooting of applications etc...
• Monitor system/application backups and redundancy strategies.
• Verify compliance of the systems with the standard security policy.
• Carry out reporting, write procedures and all the documentation necessary for the proper management of the environment.
• Check the KPIs and make sure to respect the SLAs that have been defined

Your skills 

Must have

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience as a System Engineer.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes clusters (NKP considered a plus) and in administering RHEL.
• Solid skills in Ansible and scripting (AWX, Automation Platform) and good experience with Nginx reverse proxy.
• Ability to install, configure, maintain and upgrade Linux systems and services; ensure availability, disaster recovery and service continuity; monitor and resolve performance issues.
• Able to plan interventions to minimise service interruptions and contribute technically to project implementations; fluent in French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and operating containerised platforms beyond Kubernetes basics (e.g. observability, CI/CD integration).
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code and automation practices around Linux and middleware components.
• Knowledge of Nutanix AHV and VMware ESXi hypervisors in production environments.
• Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning and high‑availability setups for Linux-based services.
• Familiarity with security hardening, compliance standards and backup/restore strategies for Linux and container platforms.
