Your contribution to our success 

• Operate and support the infrastructure on a daily basis (incidents, changes, troubleshooting, performance tuning) across Nutanix, Windows and Red Hat Linux environments.
• Install, configure, harden and maintain operating systems, hypervisors (Nutanix AHV / VMware ESXi), middleware (e.g. Nginx) and associated management tools.
• Proactively ensure system security, availability, backup and disaster recovery, while monitoring KPIs and complying with defined SLAs and security policies.
• Provide third level support for infrastructure and applications, including root cause analysis, problem management and technical expertise on complex issues.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures and reports required for the proper operation, standardization and continuous improvement of the environment.

Your skills 

Must-have 

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field 
• Relevant work experience in a system engineer role with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with a structured and pragmatic approach
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team
• Customer‑oriented attitude, good communication skills and sense of ownership.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server administration with GPOs, DNS/DHCP and certificate management.
• Solid experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration, including troubleshooting and hardening.
• Good knowledge of automation and scripting (Ansible/AWX or Automation Platform, PowerShell) for deployment and configuration management.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and hybrid infrastructures.
• Experience with Nutanix AHV and VMware ESXi hypervisors, including capacity and lifecycle management.
• Exposure to virtual desktop solutions such as Microsoft AVD and/or VMware Horizon.
