Deloitte Luxembourg is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition to join the team. This critical role will lead the recruitment team responsible for all senior-level hires across all service lines. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the talent market.

 

In this pivotal role, you will design and execute a forward-thinking talent strategy that aligns with both business objectives and the evolving needs of the teams you support. Leading a team of skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition professionals, you will provide mentorship and development, fostering a high-performing and motivated team.

Your next challenge

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering continuous development and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Drive the successful delivery of hiring plans, overcoming challenges and enhancing the recruitment experience.
  • Develop innovative strategies to attract senior-level talent and serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and utilize data to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on market trends and external best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing recruitment teams.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of the talent market and recruitment best practices.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in French will be beneficial.
