We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our HR Recruitment & Sourcing Team. The Talent Sourcer will hold a key role in the team, creating and maintain strong partnerships with the recruiters to identify and build talent pools for junior, senior and niche skilled candidates. This is critical for attracting the best talents for Deloitte and maintaining our strong brand identity in a rapidly evolving world.

Your next challenge

  • Use various channels to look for potential candidates, contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Assist in branding by establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for Deloitte, both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with recruiters, operations staff and other human resources staff to ensure a smooth sourcing and hiring process
  • Follow up with recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Communication department to effectively build and engage with talent communities through social media
  • Create social media content for recruitment marketing purposes
  • Work to deadlines and effectively as a team player

Your skills

  • Degree in human resources management, business administration or related field
  • A minimum of one to two years of recruiting experience ideally within a fast paced agency recruitment environment. In house recruiting background will also be considered
  • Proven previous experience utilizing the internet, databases, applicant tracking systems, search engines and social media to source active and passive candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and managing evolving priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, with German  considered as a strong asset
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
