This is a fantastic opportunity for you to start your HR career or take that next step on your HR journey. Working as a Talent acquisitions trainee, you will assist our Recruitment Team to attract the right talent and the right time and help our company to excel every day. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a diversified business with an inclusive team culture. Duration: 6 Months ideally – Start September 2024 on a full time basis (ideally).

Your next challenge

• Be the first point of contact for our candidates’ and professionals’ queries via phone or email providing high quality advice and guidance.
• Provide a client focused experience through the timely and accurate management of recruitment processes, such as: interview scheduling, contract preparation, recruitment events coordination.
• Ensure all interview scheduling actions are organised accurately and in time.
• Participate in elaboration of internal HR communications.
• Contribute to innovation and digitalization projects and initiatives within Talent Acquisitions Team.

Your skills

• A previous administrative experience would be an asset
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Has attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills
• Willingness to learn how to multitask and prioritise your workload
• Enjoy working in a busy, fast paced team environment
• Enjoy investigating queries and proposing suitable solutions
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
• Fluency in French and English (any other language is an asset)
