Within our HR world, our dedicated professionals assist our employees and business leaders during all stages of the compliance process, handling complex tax and regulatory matters to support business opportunities. 

Your next challenge

•    Monitoring tax compliance and coordinating all aspects resulting from any cross-border assignments, missions or services delivered by our employees, in the fields of corporate tax, personal tax and social security. This mission includes the review of assignments or services, the assessment of potential foreign tax exposure with the support of Deloitte experts across the Globe, the assistance and advice on the measures to be implemented and regular monitoring thereof
•    Ensuring application and updates of our mobility policies and processes 
•    Advising business leaders to assess situations, handling their questions and provide them with cost projections and timeline
•    Discuss compliance challenges with Tax, Risk and HR leadership, suggest solutions and action plans while keeping a pragmatic approach based on market best practices
•    Participating in various projects linked to the Deloitte Global Mobility
•    Proposing actions and solutions in terms of policy, processes, communications, with the objective to i) enhance the employee experience, ii) continue to raise awareness on the topic towards business leaders and iii) improve the overall operational efficiency 
•    Be considered as the tax expert when interacting with other HR teams and departments such as Finance, Legal, Tax experts and other HR teams to coordinate on mobility aspects and reach the highest level of quality and compliance 
•    Actively participating in meetings with internal stakeholders or colleagues from the Deloitte network
•    Building productive, sustainable and trustful relationships with internal stakeholders, the Chief Tax Officer, the HR leadership, and colleagues, to become their trusted Advisor
•    Developing the colleagues by sharing knowledge, providing technical support and training, delegating tax cases and by supervising the compliance activities for the international mobility team

Your skills

•    Demonstrate 5 years of experience in a tax compliance role or in an advisory position, 
•    An experience in a big four environment, Law firm or corporate headquarter will be considered as a plus
•    Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics and want to move on in your career
•    Distinguish yourself by your organizational skills, flexibility and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast changing environment
•    Agile, positive, self-driven and eager to share your know-how with the team
•    Speak fluently English – good command of French will be considered as an asset
