Are you passionate about technology and eager to make an impact in the investment fund and insurance industries? We’re seeking a dynamic analyst who combines regulatory expertise with a strong technical background to help us deliver innovative solutions for our global clients.
Your Mission
As a KID Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients with the assembly and production of regulatory documents (UCITS KIID, PRIIPs KID, EPT, EMT, EET). But this is not just a classic reporting role—your tech skills will be front and center:
- Platform Health & Monitoring: Take ownership of monitoring the health and performance of our regulatory reporting platform, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a first responder for technical incidents, collaborating with IT and our business team to troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Tech Transformation: Be a key contributor to our ongoing technology transformation—participate in the full lifecycle from requirements gathering and specification, through testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Digital Factory Collaboration: Represent the voice of the business in our Digital Factory, ensuring that technology solutions align with client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with our international portfolio of clients, leveraging your regulatory knowledge and tech expertise to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Candidates with a dual background in finance and technology are especially encouraged to apply, i.e.
- Either degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with a complementary technical education or strong digital skills
- Or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field with a complementary finance or business education
- Experience: Previous exposure to the investment fund industry and regulatory frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, PRIIPs) is a plus, but a demonstrated ability to work with complex systems and data is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management, Excel, Python, SQL or VBA, and experience with monitoring tools, issue tracking, and digital transformation projects.
- Mindset: Analytical, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
