Your contribution to our success

1. 1. Lead Technical Delivery: Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for automation, document management, and Agentic AI solutions. Transform solution architectures into technical tasks, ensure collaboration across teams, and guarantee agile delivery aligned with strategic objectives.
   2. Build Next-Generation Intelligent Solutions: Engineer scalable and secure systems tailored to client needs by embedding AI agents, automating workflows, and optimizing document management. Focus on efficiency, compliance, and transformative impact for client organizations.
   3. Coach & Orchestrate Teams: Lead local and nearshore engineering squads, offering mentorship and technical leadership while ensuring delivery excellence and alignment across geographies.
   4. Guarantee Quality & Adoption: Collaborate with Functional Leads to drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensure adoption-readiness of solutions, and guarantee high-quality implementations.
   5. Innovate & Evolve: Stay ahead of evolving technologies by experimenting with emerging Agentic AI tools and automation platforms. Drive innovation through reusable patterns and share insights during client demos and showcases.

Your skills

Must-have skills:

• • • • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
      • 6+ years of experience in technical delivery or engineering leadership roles.
      • Hands-on experience with automation platforms and document management systems.

Nice-to-have skills:

• • • • Familiarity with GenAI and Agentic AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, orchestration workflows, AI agent integration).
      • Strong technical abilities in APIs, workflow design, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
      • Proven experience leading local and nearshore technical teams in agile/DevOps environments.
      • Multilingual proficiency (English required; French preferred).
