Your future team

As a Transformation Analyst, you’ll support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of technology-enabled regulatory and compliance processes that align with business objectives and operational requirements. You will serve as a key link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and project delivery teams, helping translate process needs into practical solutions. In this role, you’ll help identify high-value opportunities for process optimization, reporting enhancements, and workflow improvements, while supporting the delivery of scalable, well-controlled solutions.

Your work will focus on driving measurable improvements in efficiency, transparency, and quality across regulatory and compliance-related processes.

Your contribution to our success

  • Support the design, development, and implementation of AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions to enhance regulatory and compliance processes
  • Identify opportunities to apply automation, AI, workflow-analysis, and technical tools to improve efficiency, quality, and process consistency
  • Gather, document, and refine business, functional, and data requirements for AI-powered and technology-enabled initiatives
  • Support the creation of prototypes, pilot solutions, and proof-of-concept efforts to evaluate new tools and capabilities
  • Analyze process performance, data trends, and operational outcomes to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement
  • Develop process documentation, user guidance, training materials, and supporting artifacts for new tools and workflows

Your skills

Must have

  • Diploma: A master’s degree in AI, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in technology transformation projects, ideally with AI and broader automation solutions catered to fund management and/or regulatory compliance workflows.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, analytical problem-solving, results-driven mindset, and a passion for innovation.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, process optimization and solution support

Nice to have

  • Languages: Proficient in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
  • Experience in scaling technology-driven prototypes across teams for continuous improvement.
