In the area of technology, our TS&A consultants advise EU Institutions in developing and executing technology strategies that drive business value in line with the EU's policy context and the relevant work programs of EU Institutions. Your next challenge
  • Defining, establishing and running technology projects successfully in EU Institutions while managing all aspects of the projects (team, planning, scope, finances, changes, etc.) 
  • Contributing to the overall EU Institutions' technology strategies including business acquisition and disposition 
  • Providing advice and implementation support to the teams at EU Institutions responsible for designing new IT functions and setting synergy targets 
  • Supporting EU Institutions in transforming the IT function by examining the "business of IT" and implementing new operating models, processes, talent disciplines, and solutions to increase effectiveness and efficiency 
  • Solving technology issues related to innovation, outsourcing, architecture, cloud, service management, IT financial management, mobile, infrastructure management, governance, application and data management 
  • Developing new business opportunities and improve our EU Institutions technology offerings 
  • Leading an international team of multidisciplinary consultants and coach junior colleagues in their career
Your skills
  • Hold a relevant university degree and 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in consulting firm or within EU Institutions 
  • Have a sound background in managing architecture or IT effectiveness projects and leading teams at EU Institutions, Agencies or Bodies 
  • Have a strong network of experts, European officials and other relevant stakeholders with the ability to deliver thought leadership across EU Institutions' complex IT landscape 
  • Have experience with relevant project management methodologies used by EU institutions (PM², ENGAGE, etc.) and other frameworks (EIF, etc.) with a solid understanding and experience in IT effectiveness and/or IT architecture 
  • Are willing to work in a multidisciplinary team towards assessing issues from a technical and business perspective while considering the regulatory and political landscape of the EU 
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills with strong problem solving and critical thinking mind 
  • Are fluent in English (French or German would be considered as an asset) 
  • Are willing to work in an international environment and work abroad if needed
