Our Industry Solutions Digital Banking practice and our EMEA Temenos Center of Excellence provide expert and strategy advisory, TOM and end-to-end architecture design and delivery services to our Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients all around the world.


Our engagements are founded on our vision of the Bank of the Future in the context of Digital and NextGen Banking, Beyond Banking and Open Banking. Our consultants provide major financial institutions with business case definition, service design, customised solutions and state-of-the art ecosystems, encompassing technical, process and organisational aspects and covering all Banking business domains, supported by leading digital platforms, open ecosystems and Fintech solutions.


As a Digital and Core Banking Delivery Programme Senior Manager / Director within our ISDB Practice, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced management team to shape and lead major transformation programmes within Digital and Core Banking and to develop cutting-edge solutions and innovations for the market.

Your next challenge 
  • Engaging in building Neobanks and Digital Banks from vision to market launch and beyond
  • Engaging, shaping and delivering complex package-based transformation programmes for our Banking clients in all segments
  • Defining business cases, target operating models and open architectures
  • Defining the structure of the delivery team and managing the execution of the different work streams
  • Managing the overall budget, working with the project managers to establish the baseline and subsequently control delivery against it
  • Defining and enforcing robust change control and designing authority processes
  • Working with the PMO to define the project management processes required to run the programme
  • Managing 3rd party vendors, ensuring delivery against programme milestones and within agreed budget
  • Managing delivery using agile and hybrid agile methodologies
  • Acting as an escalation point for both the project managers and the 3rd parties
  • Ensuring reporting to the programme sponsor, leadership and stakeholders
  • Managing Stakeholders to ensure that the programme meets the organisation expectations
  • Coaching junior members of the team to support their growth
  • Working closely with the management team on the development and growth of the ISDB practice
  • Shaping and creating innovative solutions in line with our vision of the Bank of the Future
  • Building assets and accelerators from ideation, implementation to go-to-market


Your skills
  • Hold a Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or IT
  • Have at least 8-10 years of experience in Finance and banking software consultancy
  • Show in depth knowledge of standard banking processes
  • Demonstrable experience of all aspects of engagement portfolio and programme management responsibilities as outlined above
  • Show full understanding and ability to leverage package implementation methodologies
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and management skills
  • Be fluent in English; German or French are considered as a plus
  • Be internationally mobile, this position requires frequent travels
  • Strong knowledge of Temenos T24/Transact modules (e.g. AA)
  • Knowledge of other Temenos solutions such as Triple'A, TPH, Infinity or Data Lake will be considered as an asset
  • Have Programme/Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, PgMP, MSP)
