Web officer / Front-end officer - Job based in Luxembourg

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Page Lifecycle: Creating, updating, and maintaining website and intranet pages, ensuring proper management and regular updates.
- Continuous Optimization: Ensuring a smooth user experience and up-to-date content across all platforms while focusing on SEO optimization of existing pages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing and communications teams to deploy digital initiatives (campaigns, microsites, etc.).
- Technical Maintenance: Managing the technical aspects of the website using CMS (mainly AEM, SharePoint) and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Using analytics tools to track website performance and suggest improvements based on data.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in Web Languages: HTML5, CSS, Javascript (nice to have)
- Experience with CMS: AEM, SharePoint, or similar content management systems.
- SEO Knowledge: Optimizing existing pages, conducting audits, and implementing SEO strategies.
- Solid UX Understanding: A good sense of user experience to ensure smooth navigation.
- Team Collaboration Skills: Working effectively with cross-functional teams to implement complex projects.
Preferred skills:
- Visual Design Skills: Adobe Photoshop for light graphic adjustments.
- Email Marketing Experience: Creating and managing campaigns (ideally Marketo)
- Web Analytics Tools: Experience with tools like Omniture/Adobe Analytics and/or Google analytics.
- Proactive & Structured Approach: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Top qualifications:
- A University degree in Digital marketing fields, Web, IT or assimilated subject
- Good writing, editing and communication skills in English.
- Previous professional experience of min 2-3 years
- Keep up to date with inbound marketing strategies, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email, and web analytics (preferably using Omniture/Adobe Analytics and/or Google analytics)
- Are flexible, pro-active, structured and quality oriented.
- Are capable to manage numerous projects simultaneously for different internal stakeholders.
